Joav Avtalion
Executive Chairman
Joav Avtalion was co-founder and the senior business and technology executive of NICE Systems (NASDAQ: NICE) where he led NICE's major technology and business initiatives for more than 13 years. After NICE, Joav served as an active director in several startups and a consultant to VCs and other institutional investors. From 2001 - 2002, Joav served as interim CEO of Larry Ellison's storage company, Pillar Data Systems.

 


David Tolub
President & CEO
David Tolub brings to Oversi almost 30 years of high-tech experience in R&D, marketing and sales. Prior to Oversi, David served as VP and Manager of the Mobile Handset Vendor Division at SanDisk where he managed the division's worldwide activities and rapid growth in revenues. Previously, David was VP of Marketing at NICE Systems (NASDAQ: NICE) where he developed a strategy to drive substantial growth through strategic global accounts. He also served as Director of Europe for DSP Group (NASDAQ: DSPG). Under his management, European revenues represented around 50 percent of DSP Group's total revenues. David has an MsA from BostonUniversity and an MSc of Electrical Engineering from the Technion Institute, Haifa, Israel

 


Eitan Efron
VP Marketing & Business Development, Co-Founder
Eitan Efron is an experienced entrepreneur and visionary in the telecom and Internet areas. Prior to Oversi, Eitan was VP of Marketing and co-founder of WiNetworks, a WiMAX system company, VP of Marketing at GalayOr, a photonic chip company acquired by MEMSCAP, and CEO and co-founder of KereniX, a Terabit routing and transport system company. Before founding KereniX, Eitan was Director of Marketing & Product Management at Lightscape Networks, a division of ECI Telecom, where he initiated and led the development of ECI's best-selling XDM multi-service platform. Eitan has an MBA from Boston University and a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University.

 


Shelly Mesilati
VP Finance
Shelly Mesilati brings extensive experience in finance management and administration control to Oversi. Previously, Shelly served as VP of Finance in a variety of private companies, including Pillar Data, Insyst and Knownet. Shelly has a BA in accounting and business administration from The College of Management Academic Studies Division.

Ohad Dekel
VP R&D
Ohad brings to Oversi extensive experience in leading and managing large-scale R&D activities in the fields of datacom, telecom and wireless technologies. Prior to joining Oversi, Ohad served as VP R&D at Millimetrix-EMI, a wireless point to point system company. For the previous eight years, Ohad served at various R&D managerial positions at Alvarion (NASDAQ: ALVR), responsible for data communication and cell management subsystems of Alvarion’s first WiMAX product, and also, as an R&D Director. Prior to that, Ohad served as a senior R&D engineer at RAD Network Devices, a member of the RAD group, developing access routers. Ohad has a BSc from the Technion Institute of Technology, Haifa, Israel, and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.

Dr. Nimrod Kozlovski
VP Strategy and Legal Affairs
Dr. Nimrod Kozlovski is an international expert in information technology, information security and Internet law. He is the author of numerous books and articles on Internet and privacy law and information technology. He was an Adjunct Professor at New York Law School and is currently an Adjunct Lecturer in Cyber Law and E-Commerce at Tel-Aviv University. Dr. Kozlovski holds a Ph.D. degree in law (J.S.D) from Yale Law School. He researched as a Post-Doc Associate at Yale University Computer Science Department.

Danny Lahav
VP Customer Solutions
Danny Lahav brings to Oversi more than 20 years of high-tech experience in R&D and marketing. Prior to Oversi, Danny led the Product Line and System Engineering group of the MSAN at ECI Telcom. Previously Danny was the co-founder and VP of System Engineering and marketing at OptiX Networks, a 40G SONET/OTN Chip Company. Before founding OptiX Networks, Danny was Product Manager at Orckit, R&D Manager at Telrad Networks and R&D Engineer at IAI. Danny has an MSc from Tel Aviv University and a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Ben Gurion University.

Ilan Keidar
VP Sales - APAC
Ilan is responsible for sales and operations in Asia. He has almost 20 years of experience in sales and operations with innovative technology companies, and has worked throughout the Asia Pacific region since 1991. Prior to joining Oversi, Ilan worked at Comverse Technology, Inc., where he was the General Manager of the Korean branch, responsible for all sales and operations. He has also held senior level positions at Comverse China and Scitex. Ilan holds a BSC in Mechanical Engineering.

Eli Barocas
VP Sales - LATAM
Eli Barocas brings to Oversi almost 25 years of high-tech experience in R&D, marketing and sales. Prior to Oversi, Eli served as VP Sales for LATAM at Telrad and AtView. Previously, Eli was Sales Director at ECtel (NASDAQ: ECTX) where he managed the Brazilian office for four years and was in charge of Telefonica's Global Account. During this period, Brazil revenues alone represented around 20% of the company revenues. He also served as Sales Director for Brazil, Spain and Portugal at Degem Systems and Edusoft. Eli has an MBA from FGV in Brazil and a BSc in Computer Science from the Technion Institute, Haifa, Israel.

 

Dror Braunstein
VP Sales - EMEA
Dror Braunstein brings to Oversi almost 20 years of high-tech experience in engineering, marketing and sales. Prior to Oversi, Dror served as Director of Carriers Sales at Allot Communications where he managed the activities of the T1 carriers in EMEA. Previously, Dror worked for Siemens as Sales Manager for West Europe. He also held a senior Presales position at NICE Systems (NASDAQ: NICE) in the US. Dror has an MBA from the New York Institute of Technology and an BSc in Science from Tel Aviv University, Israel.
